Hi Marthinus, if you click the link in the description you’ll eventually find some acne around mouth treatment products I strongly recommend.

  5. Thank you for this, very good presciptive instructions. Was wondering, is there any brand names you prefer ?

  6. Neutrogena did wonders for my skin as well. I didn’t have severe acne but pimples here and there. But my biggest problem were flakes and eczema. So i started using the gentle exfoliating wash and the oil free moisturizer in the morning, and at night the wash and zinc oxide cream. So i’m now off the corticosteroids that i was putting on my face because of the terrible rashes. Also, the zinc cream helps with scars as well, so try some that you can find around you that has higher concentration.

  7. me too ..

  8. i have the same problem as a guy and i felt like my life is over bt god is good and it is going away soon.i will pray for you and myself. your skin will peel over time and be fresher than ever i think u should attempt to dry it out. instead of keeping it alive.

  9. You are very beautiful!

  10. When I started breaking out I became skin obsessed. I have it kinda under control LATELY…well, my left cheek is still bothering me crazy style but since I tried AcneFree my life got a little easier. I’m still skin obsessed…can’t stop thinking about it because it continues to plague me…and when I wake up and it gets worse I flip out and cannot stop thinking about it. I feel you girl…I hope it goes away. You’re a gorgeous girl. Keep doing your thing and don’t give up.

  15. My 28 year old daughter has been fighting cystic acne for years since a teen. The solution for her was progesterone cream. She bought it from Amazon. It’s called smokey mountain progesterone cream. She’s rubs a bit on the inside of her arm twice a day and it works. It was such a simple solution. Wonder why the dermatologist didn’t recommended it? Got rid of her painful menstrual cramps too.

  16. you should try microdermabrasion treatment to help get rid of most of your scaring

    Hi Raven,

I tried everything under the sun as well (creams, diet, laser, pills etc etc), but recently found out my hormones are un balanced and that might be the cause.. If you haven’t already, you should go get a blood test to determine your hormone levels and see if that might be the cause.

I have heard good things about as well (but it is for “normal” acne, and it is supposed to be less harsh)

I hope your skin clears up, and even with your acne you are way above average 😉

me too 🙁 I’m 20 now and I have small scars (actual scars, not hyperpigmentation) next to my nose and hyperpimentation on my cheeks 🙁

  20. Wow you are so gorgeous! I have been suffering from acne for about 4 years too and I think I’m finally getting rid of it. I got a birth control pill called Diane35 which is specifically for acne and I’ve noticed I haven’t gotten as many new pimples. It was just the old stuff that was scabby and wouldn’t go away. I was prescribed a cream that’s half antibiotic and half cortisone. Have you tried this? It seems to be really working and I almost have a clear face!

  22. i have a cousin who got rid of her rreeaalllyyy bad acne with a mask made of alfalfa, honey and vitamin E … the alfalfa pill had to be crushed till it turns into powder pour a bit of the honey and the vitamin E (gel) mix it until it turns into a paste .. leave on the face for 30 to an hour depending how severe it is. it REALLY works REALLY!!!! …. do it everyday … anyone was acne give it a shot .. you will never look back.

i think you are amazing. not only are you SO brave, but you seem so cool. Your personality is awesome you can tell that you are upset by your skin troubles, but you take your skin troubles with grace. Which i truly admire. thank you so much 🙂

  27. Tumeric is also great for acne. Search pinterest for some natural face masks, some including tumeric! You might be allergic to something and it is causing your acne flare-ups.

  28. have you tried eliminating processed foods? You might be having a really bad reaction to the chemicals, such as all the preservatives. Acne is a first world problem, it has to be all the junk in our foods.
